Jana Bednarkova Kenney is an independent French artist and art teacher originally from the Czech Republic. After earning her M.A. Degree in Ceramics at the Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in Prague, she immigrated to France, and established a successful Artaim Studio and Gallery in central Paris. She has been teaching since 1990 and her ceramics have been exhibited in a number of countries including Japan and Korea. After her successful seventeen-year career in Paris and two years of work in Hawaii in JBK Studio in Kailua, she moved to San Diego, California to pursue her artistic vision. www.JanaKenneyCeramics.com

The Center for University Programs Abroad (CUPA) 2004 - 2006; CUPA is an Independent organization founded in New York as the Center for Overseas Undergraduate Programs (COUP) and has its offices in Paris and in the United States Their transcripts are accepted by most US institutions - Ceramic/Sculpture class created for the American college students Jana taught at her private ceramics studio Artaim, Paris. Students received grades for their art projects and earned the credits.
